Allen is Obed’s son. Soon after Allen was born, his mother left him in the village with Obed and his grandmother. When we lived in Uganda, Allen spent his days playing with our children and in the house with us.
Allen learned to speak English from our children, and is now attending an English school in a town near the village. The school is quite expensive by Ugandan standards, and he must be transported there daily.
Please help us continue to support Allen in his education so that he will be able to provide for the village and family when he is older. Breaking the bonds of poverty through education is truly a change that makes a difference forever.
